By using this site or booking through Nokturnal Lifestyle, you agree to the pricing, policies, and venue rules presented during the reservation process.

All bookings are subject to availability and venue-specific requirements, including age restrictions, dress code, and payment terms.
Reservation details, event availability, and pricing may change without notice. We may update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page.
Payment Terms
- Where a package or booking has a published price, payment may be collected in full or as a deposit through a secure payment link issued on our website, by email, or by text message.
- Payment is due when the payment link is issued unless another due date is stated on the link. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.
- Some venues require a deposit to reserve inventory (for example, bottle service tables). The deposit amount and any balance due will be stated before you pay.
- A card processing fee may be added to online payments, as shown at checkout.
- Published package prices are exclusive of taxes, service charges, and gratuities added by the venue. Where applicable, these are collected at the venue.
- Free or $0 packages require no payment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your booked date receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked date, or after the venue has confirmed the reservation, are non-refundable because the venue commits tables, inventory, and staff based on confirmed bookings. If the venue cancels the event, you receive a full refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, email sales@nokturnallifestyle.com or call (702) 996-4884 with your booking name, date, venue, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
